The empty/blank windows is due to slight incompabilities between sun java with ubuntu compiz package. Try to disable that Ubuntu compiz and it should just run fine or wait till Java 6 Update 10 which will fix this problem. Note: the blank windows is hard to catch, sometimes happend sometimes not (for Java 6), however for Java 1.5/5 it is to trigger this bug. If I am not wrong it is already in the sun bug tracker list and marked as fixed for the upcoming Java 6 Update 10 Current workaround: just disable the compiz in Ubuntu/Linux Cheers Tonny Kohar -- Sketsa SVG Editor imagine, design, create ... http://www.kiyut.com --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
