I've performed some crawling but, unfortunately, didn't found related stuff... :-| Maybe because this seems to relate more to (XML) text comparison than with graphic frameworks. The good news is that such task should be feasible without too much hassle: there are plenty of good "diff" implementations out there. One would simply pick the output of a document difference, perform some post processing in order to highlight it, then overlay it back on the original or on a separate document.
