I think it would be a good idea to dedicate a session to each
framework (HAppS, Lift, ErlyWeb, etc.) and then follow it up with
round-table discussions. This would give everyone enough background
about the different frameworks to think of interesting ideas for
improvements, usability, deployment, etc., based on what other
frameworks do well.

I'll be happy to give a talk about ErlyWeb if you're interested.
