I think it would be a good idea to dedicate a session to each framework (HAppS, Lift, ErlyWeb, etc.) and then follow it up with round-table discussions. This would give everyone enough background about the different frameworks to think of interesting ideas for improvements, usability, deployment, etc., based on what other frameworks do well.
