Sorry for the late reply. I use a TekTonic VPS. It's $15 a month and works fine. JaguarPC is also pretty good but may be slightly more expensive. You can also use EC2 or a dedicated server when you start getting high traffic volumes (which can happen with facebook apps rather quickly if they're viral).
