Sorry, Burak! No worries, I like to think that the content counts more than the person who delivers (or discovers) it. It was great fun to talk about pattern matching in functional programming, data abstraction and combining the two using extraction. We had lots of examples (that one can try out using the Scala compiler), lots of good questions and hopefully there were some useful answers as well. Thanks to Mike and other organizers, and thanks to Twitter for the nice location.... In addition to the abstract (which is on http://bayfp.org), the slides are available here http://docs.google.com/Presentation?docid=dq5x3kc_13hpv7cqgj&hl=de, Mike is going to put a video up soon and all my papers that are referred to at the end are available on my homepage http://burak.emir.googlepages.com ... The thesis, too, is going to come online soon (on an EPFL website), I can send out pdfs to anyone who is impatient. cheers, Burak --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to "Bay Area Functional Programmers" To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/bayfp?hl=en -~----------~----~----~----~------~----~------~--~---
