Event Description
In this talk, Adam Granicz will present WebSharper, IntelliFactory's
web development platform that offers truly unrivaled productivity and
the fastest way to develop robust, client-based Rich Internet
Applications, using a uniform programming model based on F#,
seamlessly integrated with ASP.NET. Following a brief motivation, we
will look at several hands-on examples that illustrate the awesome
power of the platform and give guidance on enlisting third-party .NET
and JavaScript libraries in WebSharper applications.

Presenter's Bio
Adam Granicz is the CEO of IntelliFactory, the leading provider of F#
training, development and consulting services; and technologies that
enable rapid functional, reactive web development. As one of the first
F# users, Adam is a key community member and an active F# evangelist;
the co-author of two F# books with Don Syme, the designer of the
language; and a regular speaker at developer conferences and various
industry partners. He is on the program committee of the 2010 ML
Workshop and serves on the steering committee of the Commercial Users
of Functional Programming (CUFP) Workshop, representing the F#
segment.
