+ 1 here as well (SF)

As someone who has attempted to organize a group based in both the city and the 
south bay it can be a pain to coordinate both groups. I'd suggest that there be 
two virtual groups run by separate organizers who could then coordinate with 
each other. Just my 2 dollars.
