Bayonne 2 1.1.0 is being updated in testing cvs. This is taking some
parts from the 1.0 stable server, and adding back in the
protocol/trunking options for gateway setup in a new and simpler form
(no more [switch] and [gateway] sections). The ivrscript1 binding will
be added soon to testing cvs, and the current ivrscript binding will be
moved to ivrscript2.
