Hi guys, My point is : I just want to save whatever image I produce in a pdb viewer as a SVG image. So that I can use my Adobe Illustrator. It will save me some time if there is such viewer can provide such function.

Simple Z-sorting is not intersecting spheres. If it's any non-trivial vector graphic representation you are trying to do, you might consider the following workflow: 3D-viewer -> View Matrix -> Molscript -> PS -> ps2svg B.
