Hi, We developed an open-source EST analysis tool for our respective EST projects which runs automatically from the chromatogram files to the population of a database with a web graphical front-end and strong capabilities of data mining. You can freely download it from http://bioinf.comav.upv.es/est2uni/ We are using from 2005 and there is a user's community which continues improving the tool from a distribution list (https://listas.upv.es/mailman/listinfo/est2uni).
