Dear all,
I'm a master student who is trying to write a master thesis about
predicting miRNA targets. I was wondering if somebody could advise me
the best software/algorithm for miRNA target prediction. Or the one that
scientific community uses the most.
I would really appreciate any kinds of help/advise.
