*Hello all, I am using tinker to run dynamics on my protein. The cycle files im getting are not in the pdb format ,so im unable to use them.Anyone who has used tinker kindly tell me as soon as possible how to convert these cycle files to .pdb format for evaluation. I'll be highly obliged.
