PS: Jamie Zawinsky, the author of  bbdb (and Lucid Emacs, btw.),
    recently said  (half jokingly ?)
    that he considered  bbdb  to be     "feature complete" 
     (he may have used a better word),   ================
    which gave me the impression 
    that he did not plan any further work on improving  bbdb.

    If this is true, maybe we should find  another  maintainer of bbdb.....
