I've recently been having occasions where I will incorporate my mail in VM, it will warn me about garbage at the end of the file, then come up with no new mail. If I quit emacs and take a look at the file, it will have a whole bunch of random bbdb database elisp forms at the end of it where the latest messages should have been. I know I'm missing mail because my procmail logs show I received some. Has anyone else encountered this?
