Periodically, I get email from people who have OK addresses, but whose email headers have rotten return addresses. For example, I have Dr. John Mbogo, who has a perfectly good email address like [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have this in his BBDB record. His email, though, comes in with a reply-to field of something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] which I can't send email to. Now, I can easily make this an alternate address in my BBDB, so that I do see the right record when I get mail from Dr. John. What I would like, though, would be for BBDB to help me send REPLIES to this. That is, when I press 'r' or 'R', I would like to send the reply to the preferred address of each target, rather than yanking the reply addresses out of the possibly-garbagy header. Before I wade into the bowels of BBDB (cf. the chapter on flensing in Moby-Dick), I thought I would check and see if anyone else has done this already. Cheers, R
