According to the documentation:
On a Sun SparcStation, play the appropriate tones on the builtin
speaker to dial the phone number corresponding to the current line.
If the point is at the beginning of a record, dial the first phone
number. Does not dial the extension. Does not dial the area code if
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
it is the same as `bbdb-default-area-code' unless a prefix arg is given.
Does anyone know of a way (through advice, or a rewrite, a new field,
or whatever) to have bbdb-dial dial the extension if present? I'd like
to have the people local to my site in the bbdb with their extensions
only, but still be able to use bbdb-dial to dial the phone.
