Correct. Furthermore, the version of bbdb is more or less irrelevant,
since the patch is applied to gnus.el anyhow, not bbdb. I'm told that
the later versions of gnus (5+) are incompatible with my patch, since
apparently they don't have the 'gnus-optional-headers' stuff. Is this
true? It sounds sad.
I guess I'll have to redo it if/when our gnus here is upgraded...
