First, bbdb is great but ... unfortunatly, a lot of the people I need to communicate with don't have e-mail next, I have never writen any elisp (unless you count a few setq's :-)) I would like to be able to do the following: add a 'letter' option to bbdb where I could get a list of entries, type '*t' and bbdb would go off and extract the first address record and create a tex letter buffer for each one. I guess what I would really like is a piece of e-lisp that can extract the addresses from a list and put it in a buffer. I can just about write enough perl to do the rest from there. I am a bit daunted by the task of recognising an address from the bbdb file itself. -- pjjH
