New Version of MH-E

Hi,

Stephen has released MH-E versino 4.0 and it doesn't get along with
BBDB.

I tried to make them work and play nicely but it is beyond my
abilities and time right now.

The problem I am seeing is that the MH-Folder buffer become
de-synchronized with the MH-Show buffer being shown.
