[**** (see end note) ****]

Hi all,

I am just getting around to setting up VM/BBDB/SUPERCITE the way I
want it. I have already gotten some really good help from a few folks
on the net, but I have one last "hurdle" to cross before I can say
that my mail system is just the way I want it (until of course, I want
to change it) :-)

What I would REALLY like is for SUPERCITE to pick up certain
information for replying to a message out of the BBDB if it can. For
example, say I get mail alot from my pal:

   <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> "William Robert Brown"

But, NOBODY calls him William or Robert, everyone calls him BillyBob
(so I am from the South....okay?). Also, I know that BillyBob reads
his mail on an HP 95LX with a screen that is 40 characters wide (he's
a sick man). What would be REALLY nice, is if, in the BBDB I could
have the following information:

William Robert Brown - Someplace Corporation
                   net: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
           sc-citation: BillyBob
             sc-header: On (DATE), BillyBob wrote:
        sc-fill-column: 40

And have SUPERCITE pick this info out and us it when citing a message.
While this would be really great, my problem is that my LISP
programming is ....shall we say.... lacking. I was hoping that
someone had already managed to come up with something like
this.....doubtful, I know, but I figured that if anyone knew of such a
beast, it would be someone on one of these two mailing lists.

If you know of anything that might help, PLEASE email me directly, I
don't think that my subscription requests have been processed to add
me to the lists. I will summarize back to both lists.

Thanks in advance,
Emmett
