You can do what you (Arne) want by writing a function to use as the
value of `gnus-extract-address-components'.  Mine consults the BBDB
and uses the result of `mail-extract-address-components' if no name
is found there, but you could write one that only consults the BBDB
if `mail-extract-address-components' returns a null full-name part.
