The variable bbdb/mail-auto-create-p says that BBDB should
automatically add authors of emails you read to your database.
If you use Gnus, you might have to set bbdb/news-auto-create-p to t.
But I'm not sure.
And as before: show us an example message, and say which users you
expect to end up in the database, and which users were not added.
