sorry, I mixed things up. I use bbdb-2.32 but replaced it's
bbdb/vm-pop-up-bbdb-buffer with the version from bbdb-2.2. In the
later I deactivated the two lines quoted above. Both the original
versions in 2.32 and 2.2 crashs emacs as described in my older mails.
