Does anyone have a copy of bbdb-letter.el together with the templates it requires? This is a package by Josef Schneeberger to generate LaTeX letters with BBDB addresses. A search on Google draws a blank --- or to be more exact leads to copy of bbdb-letter.el, which is little use without the accompanying templates.
