Well, you release something and instantly you find bugs.
Seems that pilot-addresses doesn't like to have records of varying
number of fields, and some records weren't getting transferred to the
Palm.
Fixed.
Also cleaned up a little bit, and added "notes" to the data
transferred over. Correctly handles notes with embedded double-quotes.
