At one time there was bbdb-pilot.el which generated output
suitable for use by pilot-addresses program. pilot-addresses
is at:

Not sure where bbdb-pilot.el is these days.
I did this conversion once almost ten years ago (using perl on my
.bbdb to convert it to a CSV suitable for import by Palm
desktop). I'm a heavy user of BBDB (for email addresses) and
Palm (for everything else) but I rarely feel the need to synch
them.
