I recall it was asking about adding somebody to a list. "y or n".

Anyway as such questions come up often when the user is attempting to
scroll an article, those spaces you are accepting are, I respectfully
submit, uninformed. So don't accept space for an answer anymore. Go
though all you y-or-no-p's and make sure they don't take space anymore,
unless the user has set some variable that says he is aware of the risks.
