Unfortunately, no. Each scripted action is recorded as a single
undoable action.
I think this would make a really nice addition.
BBEdit’s AppleScript support is already impressive and this would add
a lot of polish to the user experience. I am going to submit a feature
suggestion about it. If other scripters think this is something
useful, you should do the same and if there is enough interest it
might be justified for Bare Bones to spend the engineering resources
on it.
