I am converting a website that was developed in the Ukraine to be
hosted here in the US. The site is all in php and 90% is in english,
so that's not the problem. There are a few menu items and dialogs
that are in russian, and when editing them, the charset gets munged.
If I try the Save As Encoding, the special characters get even more
munged.
How do I go about keeping the integrity of foreign character sets?
BTW: the original site used iso-8859-1 and windows-1252.
