Thanks Bruce, Walter and Google. I looked around and found info at a
bunch of places, just not a simple table. Not a big deal, I can just
build the table and add to it as the inevitable new types come
through. No doubt I've already spent about 4x as long looking for the
info as it would have taken to just build one :-)
