Yes; the user manual can. ("User Manual" on the Help menu.) See the
"Window Anatomy" section.
Though the etymology is unclear, Rich Seigel is widely thought to be
the one who put the "F" in "RTFM."
Actually, I believe Rich belongs to the following school...
