I need to convert text documents such as product catalogues to excel and import into filemaker and need some strategies.
Converting documents: If I have multiple documents that are based on a template such as below (headings always the same on each doc): =================== Title: How to capture a tiger Equipment needed: Net, rope, mace, bandaids Skills required: Hypnotism, fast runner =================== How can I search and replace so that I can import into Excel in column format: =================== Title: | Equipment needed: | Skills required: How to... | Net, rope... | Hypnotism, quick... =================== I also need to accommodate original quotes, returns and commas to avoid conflict with database separators.
