It's not the same unfortunately.  Entable lines up the columns so that they
look pretty.  The op wants to take a single column and turn it into many.

I wrote a script here at work to do that, but I've never tried adapting it
for BBEdit (and unfortunately don't have time at the moment).  Contact me
offline if it's worth something to you to have it done.
