I know there aren't that many IDL programmers out there,
much less those who write objects*, but if you do, and
you'd like function scanning and text-folding, I've
got an update for 8.5:

Um ... and that's IDL, the Interactive Data Language from
ITTVIS (formerly RSI), not IDL, the Interface Definition
Language.

* IDL normally has a single file per function, unless
you're doing object methods, so there's normally no
benefit to having function scanning in IDL.
