The number is in seconds. The factory default is 45 seconds;
if you are having problems then adjusting the interval will

That's really annoying.
Roughly every five seconds the cursor turns into the old watch cursor
and remains that way until it's moved as long as the FTP browser
window is open.
What setting disables this "feature"?
