I donno if it's a version 8.5 problem or not but. . .
man curl
in a worksheet demonstrates a problem with tab settings. I
typically have my worksheets set up for a tab setting of 20 because
I regularly find myself executing code segments that generate tab-
separated data as stdout destined for other places in the world. I
would rather scroll horizontally than try to figure out variable
column locations by counting tab characters set to be visible.
When I run the man command someone - BBEdit? - apparently does an
entab operation which seems to assume a tab setting of 4 regardless
of my choice. The display is strange indeed.
When I run this in a worksheet, regardless of tab settings, it looks
the same, and just how I'd expect. I'm using the latest beta (b3),
but the tab setting doesn't appear to matter because the indentation
is done with spaces, not tabs. This is on 10.4.7.
