The python example shows how to do language guessing.
You respond to kBBLMGuessLanguageMessage, and fill
params.fGuessLanguageParams.fGuessResult.
(Just don't copy the code verbatim - there is a bug in
text_has_shebang(...) that I've fixed since the SDK was cut.)
