Assuming each def is on a single line, there are no tabs, and there is just
one /, between the English and Kreyol, I would search for " / " (that's
space-slash-space) and replace with a tab (\t).

I would open the text file into NeoOffice, using tabs to delimit the file
(at least I would if I had NO, this is how I would do it in Excel, I don't
know if NO can import text files, I'm guessing it can). This would give you
a two column file, english in first column, kreyol in second. If Beiks would
be so kind, Beiks could open the text file in Excel for you, if Beiks has
Excel.
