When I create a document, as soon as text wraps into more than a
single line the vertical scroll bar appears. Trying to scroll to the
"bottom" of the document causes all but the last line of text to move
up out of sight. Is this intentional? Because if it is I don't
understand the benefit. I am using BBEdit v8.6.
