How do I send control characters to the shell in a shell worksheet?
For example, if I just type "cat", then cat accepts what I submit and
echos it. How do I send a CTRL-D to cause cat to exit? Or, how do I
send a CTRL-C to kill a shell command that's gone commando on me?
