Replace All and Find All do not have user visible keyboard shortcuts
because it would require that the buttons be excessvively wide.
I've looked in the manual (honest) but it doesn't mention it.
Page 117.
Replace All Replaces every occurrence of the search string in the active
window with the replace string. Shortcut: Cmd-Opt-R
