We have released a free maintenance update to BBEdit 8.6. The updated
version (8.6.2) contains fixes for reported problems and various minor
enhancements and refinements.

8.5.x and 8.6.x

As before, an upgrade path is available for registered customers of

BBEdit 8.6.2 runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or later, and on PowerPC and
Intel Macs. (If you are using Mac OS X 10.3.9, BBEdit 8.5.2 is
the most recent version you can run.) Mac OS X 10.4.8 or later
is strongly recommended.
