HTML Cleanup

Hello, all;

 

I have a set of web pages that I am trying to clean up to XHTML-Strict.  I
need to go through and have all of the <img> and <br> tags to have closing
"/" entries.  Is there a quick and dirty way to do this on a variety of HTML
files?
