Richard,
There is no option for this that I'm aware of, and I sometimes wish
there was one. I'm guessing this was a design choice -- we may have to
type a couple extra keys, but the result is that we always know where we
were/are in the document. (But I still think it should be an option, as
it's not hard to alert the user when a search wraps.)
If you're interested in shortcuts, however, my muscle-memory is keen on
cmd-up, cmd-g. Or sometimes a bit longer: cmd-f, cmd-t, return.
