We are pleased to announce the release and immediate
availability of BBEdit 8.7. This version includes a number of
significant new features and refinements; however, it is
available at no charge to registered customers of BBEdit 8.5 and
8.6. This version also includes fixes for reported problems.

BBEdit 8.7 runs on Mac OS X 10.4 or later, and on PowerPC and
Intel Macs. (If you are using Mac OS X 10.3.9, BBEdit 8.5.2 is
the most recent version you can run.) Mac OS X 10.4.10 or later
is strongly recommended.
