If it's the former these work as expected. If the later, these are not listed in my webDAV server window.

Yeah, the remote server doesn't support creation dates.

As for MacFUSE/sshfs.app, I just tried it and submitted bug report #277.
(Group access is denied, so sshfs is useless to me/us.)
