I set up my preferences (esp. color prefs) on BBEdit on my laptop, and now want to copy the prefs over to my Mac Mini so I can use BBEdit with exactly the same preferences. I managed to do this, but only by guessing and eyeing at the results, by copying these from ~/Library/Preferences on my laptop to my Mini:
com.barebones.bbedit.plist com.barebones.bbedit.PreferenceData (folder plus all its contents) I just wanted to know if I did the right thing, or whether I was overshooting and copying unnecessary items.
