BBEdit thinks the file is encoded as Mac OS Roman, but it is actually
ISO Latin 1.  Try 'Reopen Using Encoding' and choose  Western (ISO
Latin 1). Or, when opening, choose Western (ISO Latin 1) in the 'Read
As' select menu.
