I was wondering if anyone could give me any technical reasons why I
may want to specify the language of a php file as "PHP" rather than
"HTML".
Using either I get identical syntax coloring for PHP blocks, but HTML
will also provide syntax highlighting for html code.
Is there any reason that using PHP as the language setting (for php
files) would be beneficial to me? For files that only contain PHP
code, it seems the only difference is that the <?php ?> tags are
yellow instead of white...
