OK, thank you.
I was confused because I had the Preferences setting at 15 but the
Find&Replace would only show 10 folders.
Now that I have the Pref set to 20, it will show the last 15 folders.
Works for me!

The recent folders are kept in a separate list from recent documents.
They both use the same limit, which can be controlled with the setting
in Preferences -> Application
Remember the [15] most recently used items
